Welcome to our Contemporary and modern Family friendly townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms located in a well maintained first line beach apartment community with community pools and 24h concierge. Located in the secured urbanization Bahia de Marbella close to golf courses like Santa Clara or Rio Real, restaurants, 5 min to Marbella center and old-town and only 12 min to Puerto banus.

The living area is divided into 3 floors, on the entrance level you have the open kitchen, a guest toilet, and the spacious living dining area which through a big sliding door is connected to the very sunny south orientated, outside terrace. The main bedroom and the 2. The bedroom is located on the 1. Floor and the 3. Bedroom on the 2.nd floor. All 3 bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite.  In the basement, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer and private closed parking for one car. 

The townhouse is fully air-conditioned you have two individual units, one for the living- dining area and kitchen and one for the bedrooms so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air condition individually. 

The main bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from a nice view into the community area and a lot of closet space. We provide linen and towels for all the bedrooms so you only need to bring your personal items. The en-suite bathroom has 2 sinks, a walk in shower and toilet. 

The second bedroom located on the same floor has 2 single beds of 90x200 and also an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower sink and toilet. 

The bedroom located on the 2. Floor has two single 90x200 beds a confortable sofa and a nice balcony with amazing sea views. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower with sink and toilet. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, microwave and is also fully equiped with all kinds of kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, glasses of wine and champagne glasses, etc. 

The dining area has a good sized dining table with 6 chairs, the living room has a big sofa with chaiselonge which gives confortable space for the whole family. The Smart TV is connected to the high speed fiber optic internet which you can access from the whole townhouse and also has over 1000 Satellite TV channels with channels from all over the world so you do not miss your usual TV shows or news. 

The terrace is connected though big sliding door which literally disappear on the edges of the room when opened and really connect the inside with the outside. It is equipped with a big outside Table with 6 chairs and 2 confortable Sofas. 

The basement which you access though stairs is divided in laundry room and garage. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer and sink and has access to the private parking in the garage which is closed from the remaining garage of the community and is an ideal place to store golf equipment.

The holiday house in las dunas is located in the prestigious are of Bahia de Marbella only a 5 min drive to Marbella center and old town and 12 min drive to the famous Puerto Banus, where you will find luxurious shopping and popular night clubs. The beach is less then a minute walk away where you can find several beach restaurants in a few minutes walk. Malaga Airport is ca. 40 min away. The next supermarket is 5 min away and the big shopping center la cañada is also only a 5 min drive away. 

Guest access 
The residential community of las dunas has one big community pool with sunloungers to enjoy in the summer month a relaxing holiday in the sun of the Costa del Sol and a very nice well maintained outside areas with fountains and direct access from the community to the beach. The guest have unrestricted access to all the facilities of the community.
